Question: Do I tip my guide?

Our guides work for tips.  Tips are appreciated. Customary is 15%.

 

Question: When can I hunt Whitetail Deer?
A limited number of velvet hunts will be available in August and hard horn hunts will start September 15. Hunts will be available until mid-January.

Question: When can I hunt Exotics?
Exotics will be available year round. Some species will only be available seasonally.

Question: Do I need a hunting license?

No license is required on a private preserve.

​

Question: Do I need to wear orange?

Yes. All hunters must wear an orange hat AND vest. The exception would be if the weekend is a designated ALL BOWHUNTER weekend, then camo clothing is allowed.

Question: Should I bring a lunch?

Meals are provided if you want to eat with the guides.

Question: Can I Bring A Non-hunting Guest?

Yes.  An additional $50 charge will be assessed to the hunt.  And, their meals will be included with this charge.

Question: Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa & MasterCard, a 3% charge will be added to all credit card charges. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits, as they take 2 weeks for bank processing. Cash is always welcome.   We will not book the hunt until we receive a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Question: What if I do not get an animal?

Deposits are non-refundable.  You will be allowed another opportunity to fulfill the hunt.

Question: Can I bring a tree stand?

All stands and blinds will be provided!
